The Purpose of the Master Plan is to create a document that provides the framework for elected officials, executive leadership, public servants, partners, and citizens to participate in an active and informed manner in examining all issues pertaining to the elderly, and to provide long term decisions and solutions that will benefit the Hillsborough County community.

2008 Aging Services Master Plan Quality of Life Measures

The following quality of life measures have been derived from the Aging Services Master Plan. Baseline results are included for each measure along with three year improvement goals through 2030. These measures will be incorporated into Hillsborough County's Strategic Plan. Other relevant collaborating Hillsborough County Departments are indicated for each measure.
